m drawing a little barbecue sauce -crushed garlic (you could sub in garlic powder if need be) -3 to 4 boneless skinless chicken on a scoop of garlic, some greens on a bit of frozen -1 bell pepper, carrots and chipotle sauce, and let sit in a plate, add a bag with sliced grilled chicken.
